By leading cross-functional marketing teams, they will be accountable for the execution of the marketing plans and related OKRs based on effective marketing strategies and business goals. They will be responsible for aligning all marketing campaigns and tactics to the enterprise-wide brand campaign strategy
- Business Unit Strategy & Plan Creation
- Build and Maintain Collaborative Partnerships with Key Stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing/communications
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning/campaign development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and business relationships at once
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams for execution of the agreed strategy and collaborate with business stakeholders
- Strong financial and business acumen with advanced understanding of ROI and profitability metrics
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability
