Joining a close-knit team of 5, the Marketing Manager at Snoozy will be the driving force behind our marketing and branding efforts, working closely with the founders. This pivotal role encompasses strategy, execution, and analysis across all marketing channels, ensuring our brand message resonates with our audience and supports our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and execution of marketing and content strategies that resonate with Snoozy's mission and drive our business goals forward.
- Campaign Management: In collaboration with our executive team and partner agencies, manage and oversee the deployment of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Email, Text, Meta, Tiktok, Google Ads, etc).
- Social Media: Oversee the development of Snoozy’s social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your plan will include crafting content narrative, scheduling, and producing content systems.
- Performance Analysis: Keep a pulse on key digital marketing metrics. Analyze the effectiveness of our email marketing, social media efforts, and more, always with an eye towards optimization and growth.
- Customer Retention & Affiliate Expansion: Work closely with the executive team to develop robust customer retention systems and expand our affiliate marketing reach.
- In-Store Visual Merchandising: Assist with the design and implementation of in-store marketing materials — from eye-catching display units to promotional banners — that captivate and convert shoppers.
- Product Development Insight: Contribute to Snoozy product innovation by staying current with industry trends, competitor movements, consumer preferences, and retailer insights, ensuring Snoozy remains at the forefront of the cannabis market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing management within the CPG industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing brands, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Previous experience overseeing content creation, copywriting and/or paid ad campaigns.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Content creation is a hobby of yours
