Licensed and insured in 20 municipalities along the South Carolina coast, we employ a team of experts who are fully trained and equipped to deliver amazing customer experiences while helping people love the exteriors of their biggest investments, their homes.

Some key objectives for your role as a Marketing Manager:
Lead Generation: creatively create more quality leads to support 6 Full-Time Sales Reps and explore new opportunities
Customer Service and feedback: contact, coordinate, and manage customer reviews
Social Media: manage our Social Media Accounts, posts, pictures, videos, and more to help establish an online presence
Vendor Management: Manage the relationships with our marketing vendors and approve Website content/edits
Content Creation: Work with the Leadership Team to create, edit, give feedback, and help manage content on all marketing and sales material
Marketing Reports: Gather all marketing data and create reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
Some qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field will forego if all other requirements are met
- At least 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 1 year as a Marketing Manager managing a budget of at least $500K+
- 3+ years of recent digital media experience (including analytics, creating/editing/approving content)
- Extensive experience with Lead Generation in the B2C/ Home improvement industry
- Experience with Print advertising
- Intermediate experience using a CRM, and Google Workspace
