Milano Di Rouge is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic team in Marietta, Georgia. If you're ready to take the reins of our marketing strategies and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, team management and revenue growth, this is the role for you.

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of The Milano Di Rouge's Brand presence, responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand. Your role will encompass overall management of our Marketing Team and all Marketing Efforts, via website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, etc. Leading a dynamic team, your focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of these strategies, contributing significantly to the growth and recognition of our brand. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our efforts align with business goals and industry trends. Data analysis and optimization will be your guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, overseeing marketing strategies to promote brand awareness
  • Market Research, Campaign Development, Team Coordination, and Collaboration
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with Milano Di Rouge's brand objectives and growth goals.
  • Branding Initiatives: Design and execute key branding initiatives to fortify our brand identity and presence.
  • Quality Control: Provide quality control for creative materials, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Campaign Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor campaign budgets to exceed marketing goals.
  • Team Management: Lead the creative team, maximizing individual talents, setting expectations, and ensuring accountability and adherence to deadlines.
  • Employee Development: Train, evaluate, and monitor employee goals and performance, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Social Media and Advertising Strategies: Plan and manage social media and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Spearhead strategic email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted and impactful communication to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Graphic Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the graphic design team on visuals for digital content, advertisements, and campaign deliverables.
  • Data Analysis and Adjustment: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Campaign Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously optimize online media campaigns for better results.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other analytics platforms to track website and campaign performance, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and streamline sales and marketing efforts.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Competence in tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot Email Marketing for the creation and management of effective email campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Utilization of platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule posts, monitor social media activity, and analyze engagement.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Understanding of CMS like WordPress or Drupal is beneficial for managing and updating website content.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Asana, Trello, or Jira to organize and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Graphic Design Tools: Capability in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating visually appealing graphics for marketing materials.
  • Advertising Platforms: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Advertising is crucial for effective digital advertising campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Knowledge of tools like Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot Automation to automate repetitive marketing tasks and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Survey and Feedback Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as SurveyMonkey or Typeform for gathering customer feedback and insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop long term marketing plans aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring that short-term initiatives contribute to the company's broader objectives.
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for improved search engine rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze SEM campaigns to effectively allocate budget, select appropriate keywords, and maximize ROI.
  • Public Relations: Manages relationships with the media,influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation
  • Budge management: : Develops and manages the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize the impact of campaigns while maintaining financial discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred. Applicants without formal educational qualifications are encouraged to apply. Relevant work experience will be taken into strong consideration during the selection process.
  • Proven experience in marketing management with a track record of successful digital campaigns and online brand growth.
  • Proven experience with managing, developing and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, demonstrating proficiency in tools such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp to optimize and execute effective email campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
