- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product promotion, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive results.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and apply them to enhance our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage marketing budget allocation, resource planning, and expenditure to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with Google Ads, paid and organic social media, programmatic, marketing automation, and Google Analytics required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Dynamics 365 CRM and Sales Accelerator preferred.
- Travel as required, typically between 10-25%

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports & business correspondence. Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.
