We are investing in a newly formed Regional Marketing team to elevate our compelling, differentiated PNC brand within local markets, alongside local market teams, regional communications and sponsorships partners.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing professional to join our team to help deliver strategic marketing messages and campaigns that build meaningful connections with our target audiences and drive growth for the business. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
Specific Job Functions to Include:
- Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel initiatives and recommend messaging and marketing strategies to implement in regional and sponsorship marketing plans.
- Leverage data and insights to support program optimization and ensure efforts align with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints including, but not limited to digital, print, radio, in-venue signage, and event activations.
- Work cross-functionally and develop strong working relationships with Sponsorships, Corporate Communications, and other key teams to execute and improve strategic connectivity across 360 MarCom plans.
- Lead the development of creative campaigns in partnership with PNC’s agency of record and our internal Creative Services group.
- Clearly articulate brand guidelines, best practices, and processes with internal partners for consistent engagement & execution.
- Coordinate and oversee workstream efforts (in conjunction with Senior Marketing Manager) to transform and fine-tune the Regional Marketing operating model, driving greatest value for the enterprise.
- Possesses a genuine passion for marketing, a curiosity for industry trends, and a strong understanding of how local market dynamics and appreciation for local cultural nuances can help drive enterprise performance.
- Demonstrates an ability to thrive in a newly formed team environment, showing flexibility and adaptability as the Regional Marketing Team evolves and enhances operating processes.
- Brings multiple stakeholders together to activate around a common vision and builds consensus among partners in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Maintain a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset to continually improve and optimize our Regional Marketing efforts.
- 5+ years’ consumer marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing Regional Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Strong creative development and production experience across both digital and traditional channels
- Experience with leading relationships with internal and external agency partners and providing actionable feedback to shape the creative work.
Develops and executes integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for one or more customer segments/businesses.
Translates desired business outcomes into strategy and executes marketing programs and activities that may include advertising. sales content and internal communications. Directs and leads multi--functional program teams.
Acts as a point of contact with agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf. Making decisions and ensuring goals are being met.
Administers activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.
Connects customer analytics and insights to inform and influence improvements program strategy.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
