In the role of Lifestyle Specialist at Heartland Farms, your responsibilities go beyond conventional sales. You will serve as an ambassador for the Heartland Lifestyle, connecting with your target audience, nurturing relationships, and championing our farm-to-table lifestyle service through network marketing. Your mission is to demonstrate how our products and services can create transformative experiences, inspiring people to embrace the Heartland Lifestyle.
If you possess a high level of motivation, a talent for crafting compelling content, and are poised to excel in the dynamic realm of network marketing and sales with strong sales skills, this role is uniquely crafted for you. Your ability to leverage persuasive techniques and build lasting connections will be pivotal in driving the success of our Farm-to-Table lifestyle service at Heartland Farms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct social listening to identify potential leads and gather market insights
- Create engaging and compelling content to attract and nurture leads
- Proactively build and manage relationships with potential leads through various communication channels
- Post daily content on Social Media accounts particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Utilize personal network and Social Media marketing to identify and connect with potential clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant Social Media followership / reach
- Skilled at networking and relationship development
- Sales or marketing experience
- Consistently creating high-quality Social Media content to maximize engagement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and a strong drive for success
- High degree of computer literacy,
- Access to a computer and strong internet connection
- Live in - or have significant personal connections to - one of the following states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in Lead Generation or a related field
- Proficiency in social listening tools and techniques
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write persuasive copy
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential leads.
- Understanding of public relations principles and strategies
- Proficiency in conducting research to identify target audiences and industries
- College education
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote, and diverse team environment
- Background or interest in nutrition, fitness, or health / wellness
