Our Experience Internships offer students the opportunity to tackle projects and to make a real impact on departmental and corporate objectives as they prepare to start their career journey. Jacksons internships usually start in June and run through mid-August.
We are looking for ambitious students who are currently enrolled at an accredited, four-year college/university or who are recent grads. Our goal is to create a thoughtful program to challenge our interns and help them grow and develop as professionals.
This is an in-person position located at Jacksons Store Support Center in Meridian, Idaho.
What will I do as a Marketing Data Analyst/Pricebook Intern?
Jacksons Data Analytics team builds reports and maintains pricing/item/data infrastructure for the future. The Intern will assist in database consistency and weekly reporting while learning about future reporting dashboards and data integrity/accuracy. This opportunity will help you gain practical experience in a real-world marketing environment, give you the opportunity to network with professionals in the industry, and give you exposure to a wide range of marketing activities and strategies.
You will be a great fit for this internship if you have:
- Completed your sophomore year by the start of the internship.
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and you are seeking a degree related to this internship.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, programming languages (VBA preferred).
- Experience on PowerBI platform preferred.
- Basic accounting and math skills.
- General computers skills to use and navigate various software required.
- Experience in or willing to learn about business data analytics.
- Effective communication and a level of comfort sharing information with various levels of the organization.
- A positive “can do” attitude to meet the needs of the business.
