HealthEdgeoffers a paid12-week virtualinternship programthatallows students towork on meaningful projects, learn about working in a SaaS company, and have fun along the way! While you are aligned to a specific team throughout the internship, you will get exposure to most of our departments and strategic initiatives via ourHealthEdge101 weekly series. In addition, we providespecial eventssuch as our Executive Roundtable and a Fireside Chat with our CEO. Butthat'snot all! You will alsohave the opportunity toparticipatein workshops focused on resume writing,presentations,interview preparation, and more.

We are currentlyhiring a ProductDesignIntern to join us in support of our GuidingCare product.TheGuidingCaresolution suite provides easy-to-use, next-generation data integration and workflow management tools that help you operationalize an evidence-based, person-centered Care Management strategy for your populations. WithGuidingCare, you can streamline coordination across the care spectrum, seamlessly manage clinical and behavioral health needs, automate care and service planning, andidentifyand target your high-risk populations, providing whole-person care.

As a ProductDesignIntern,you'llhave the ability to:

+ Understand the businessobjectivesand rationales behind high level product features; translate them into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and easy-to-use user experiences.

+ Engage in comprehensive research on UX design best practices, information architecture, multi-screen functionality testing methodologies, etc. to improve internal processes and design standards.

+ Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders to perform user research, collect design feedback, and clarify requirements.

+ FollowHealthEdgedesign standards and style guides to produce comprehensive deliverables encompassing user flows and UI wireframes tofacilitatesoftware development.

+ Assistin the development of new Design System components to accelerate software development

+ Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Software Design, Product Management, Business, Economics, or other related technology majors

+ A self-starter
