Job purpose

KAGE Innovation is seeking a creative, motivated, intelligent, and humble individual who enjoys both team collaboration and working independently.

KAGE Innovation is a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of ground maintenance products including snow, lawn and dirt attachments designed for equipment such as skid steers, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and lawn mowers. KAGE is a Family Friendly Workplace–certified organization located in Osceola, Wisconsin, that has been serving the snow and landscape industries since 2008.

Duties and responsibilities

Assists marketing team with:

• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter & Snapchat)
• Email Marketing
• Print Marketing (Brochures, User Manuals, Print Ads, etc.)
• Trade Show Preparation
• Website Updates
• Media Production
• Photography
• Videography
• Researching needs and desires of the target market(s)

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Photo editing skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Adobe products.

Working conditions

This position will be subject to extended periods in a seated position. Regular evening and weekend work in certain seasons are necessary, including differential shift work and occasional working outdoors.

Work Schedule:

• 10 hours per week during the summer
• 10 hours per week during the school year
• This position starts in June 2024

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
