Cultivate House Detailing is a professional window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lights company located in Colorado Springs. As a fast-growing local business, we are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for an internship as a lead generator. In this role, you will work part-time, focusing on skill development and generating leads that will be passed on to the sales team. Close collaboration with the sales team will be key to ensuring lead quality and a high conversion rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The goal of this internship is to drive more leads to the sales team, increasing overall revenue while maintaining a high conversion rate on generated leads. The ideal candidate needs no prior experience, just a desire to learn proven systems and tactics for success. They should be outgoing, personable, and relational, with an aptitude for staying organized and excellent verbal communication skills.

• Tracking/documenting doors that have been knocked on
• Ensuring high-quality leads with strong conversion rates
• Handing leads off to the sales team with excellent notes on each lead

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in or learn Google Suite
• Able to learn new software platforms quickly
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
