Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and design of marketing & promotional materials for Human Resources
• Prepare promotional presentations
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Take part in formal and informal training opportunities
• Lead marketing brainstorming sessions

Potential Projects:

• Aspire Bakeries Wellness brochure
• Social media campaign

Basic Qualifications:

• Marketing or Communications major; no degree required, prefer intern in Junior year
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
• Intermediate skill level using Windows Operations Systems
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications
• Advanced skill level using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• SEO/SEM techniques Website management Visual marketing Advanced writing skills

Program Eligibility:

• Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks
• Must be able to work from the LA office, located in the Howard Hughes Center on the west side of Los Angeles, Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely each Friday
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening with satisfactory results

Hourly Rate: $20.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
