Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
The first order of business is tasking the new Marketing executive to redesign product packaging.
-Create new marketing materials.
-Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials.
-Planning promotional presentations.
-Content writing
-Ensure all marketing resources are accurate and current.
-must have experience with graphics, ADOBE, Photoshop, jpeg etc
Secondly:
-Testing campaigns, initiating new marketing ideas or projects
-Conducts product research, establishing brand awareness and improving customer relations.
-Completes tasks that support the company's overall marketing initiatives.
-Conducts research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior.
-Prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.
-Support and evaluate a marketing strategy.
-Communicating campaign deliverables, and timelines while providing instructions for promotion or use.
-Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignment and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.
Drives profit and promotes services and products through coordinated marketing campaigns.
-Help develop marketing campaign strategies to promote brands or products.
-Brainstorm marketing initiatives
-Monitor social media such as LinkedIn, write blogs etc.
-Review analytics for social media platforms, draft blogs, create graphics to contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
-The Marketing Executive should have a creative flair, a positive attitude and the ability to articulate and influence strategic decisions.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills including graphic design, public relations and advertising.
-Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
-Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members.
-Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features
-Experience in webpage development or graphic design.
-Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
-Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel
-In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices.
Education and Experience
-Associate's or Bachelor's
-5 years experience
-Market Research experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
