Job Title: Executive Administrative


Location: Huntsville, AL


Canvas, Inc. is seeking an Executive Administrator! Canvas, Inc. provides services to a diverse group of customers in the areas of Test and Evaluation, Engineering Services, Program & Acquisition Management, and Product Integration. In this role, you will be supporting the Aviation Architecture & Environment Exploitation (A2E2) Product Office. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


Duties:

  • Serves as the A2E2 Subject Matter Expert for MS Office Suite Applications for administrative tasks.
  • Serves as the A2E2 SME for AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence.
  • Analyze, research, development and coordination of documentation, briefings, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Collects, analyzes data from multiple sources and provides recommendations for improvement and accuracy then consolidate the information into a single product while maintaining product integrity.
  • Independently develops, coordinates, reviews and tracks incoming/outgoing documentation briefings.
  • Resource management duties include monitor and maintain tasker documents through the staffing process both internally and with higher headquarters.
  • Responsible for coordination and staffing all A2S documents requiring A2E2, AMSA, and PEO leadership approval. Includes submission and tracking of document packets using Global Electronic Approval Routing System (GEARS), SharePoint Workflow, and other staffing tools as required.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external organizations for the scheduling of meetings and staffing of documentation.
  • Uses independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload in a high-pace and detail-oriented environment.
  • Interfaces with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the Army.
  • Using proper Army protocol, screens all calls, requests for information, meetings, and visitors for the PdM and DPdM A2E2.
  • Manages the dynamic calendars of the PdM and DPdM A2E2 to include numerous calendar events, unclassified and classified meetings, teleconferences, and video teleconferences (VTCs).
  • Supports Management of the A2E2 Product Office Calendar.
  • Responsible for arranging and performing as a Reviewing Official all PM A2E2 civilian personnel TDY travel using the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) to include travel itineraries, hotel, transportation, TDY agendas and briefing packets and ensure that vouchers are submitted in a timely fashion for settlement of the traveler's government travel card.
  • Analyzes error logs and provides recommended solutions for travel projections and expenditure reports.
  • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and recommending corrective actions in the administration of the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
  • Manages and submits A2E2 daily accountability and personnel reports.

Experience & Skills:

  • Must have prior Army PM Office experience.
  • Prior PEO Aviation experience (desired)

Education:

  • High School and 11 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Master's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience

Clearance Level: Must have and be able to obtain an Interim Clearance (desired Secret Clearance)
