Marketing Director

LV Luxury is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to fill the role of Director of Marketing and Business Development. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for the job as well as the ability to employ unique marketing techniques and oversee implementation of marketing strategies - including fostering brand relationships, events, digital marketing, social media and cultivating strategic partnerships in market. He/She should be a skilled marketing strategist with the ability to drive enthusiasm in others.

Responsibilities:

• Producing ideas for experiential marketing events and coordinating them efficiently.
• Become LV Luxury’s local ambassador towards external parties such as media, potential clients and strategic partnerships.
• Developing the marketing strategy for family of stores.
• Maintaining brand relationships and managing processes.
• Creating new strategic partnerships in the community.
• Overseeing brand standards across all platforms.
• Management of social accounts.
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
• Working closely with Advertising Director on digital co-op planning.
• Coordinating directly with store management to implement marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Marketing/ Business Development experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership and organization skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Self-Motivated
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques (i.e., Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and their best practices
• BS/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or another relevant field

Pay: $50,226.52 - $135,611.39 per year
