The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall Digital Marketing strategy for AREA15 brand and multiple sub-brands owned and operated by the company. With a focus on paid search, paid social, programmatic and CRM audience segmentation, the Digital Marketing Director will design strategy, oversee implementation, assess effectiveness and evaluate the performance of multiple brand campaigns and a large variety of secondary campaigns. The Digital Marketing Director will leverage all Digital Marketing platforms to position AREA15 as a must-see destination in Las Vegas and a leader in the immersive entertainment industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Increase revenue and advertising efficiency based on customer data and visitation patterns.
- Identify and implement new consumer acquisition strategies and maintain high levels of customer retention and return.
- Evaluate internal and external data to analyze customer behavior, web traffic patterns and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies and work closely with marketing and social media and creative teams to plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns, (web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising).
- Contribute to the creation, scheduling, and deployment of digital content across AREA15-owned accounts.
- Be a digital storyteller - understand content, design, and user experience to create engaging campaigns.
- Responsible for overseeing budget and campaign spending to maximize ROI.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to make sure all materials are in place in order to launch campaigns on time, on budget and with measurable results.
- Work closely with Director of Marketing and Brand Marketing team to manage email marketing content calendar.
- Identify and implement creative lead generation campaigns via social media, digital platforms or consumer-facing events.
- Work collaboratively across all departments to source content, imagery, and assets.
- Manage content to be delivered across channels including web and email to promote evergreen and attractions campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop long-format content to support digital campaigns and ensure YouTube is up-to-date and increasing in followers/viewers.
- Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assess against goals and budget parameters (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Recognize patterns and drive data-based decisions for all marketing and advertising campaigns to maximize reach, conversion and revenue.
- Exhibit ART! (AREA15's service standards) at all times.
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
- Be available to respond to time-sensitive matters.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to AREA15 standards.
- Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
