ABOUT US:

Renewed Hope Ranch is a residential treatment center for teenage girls located in Enoch, UT. We focus on girls with attachment disorders, alongside other issues such as struggles to overcome trauma or addictions. We are a 40 bed facility that values trust based relationships, rapport building, and family therapy.

Kiva Adventure Ranch is a residential treatment center for teenage boys located in Toquerville, UT. We focus on boys with high functioning autism who may struggle with overcoming trauma, addictions, or behavioral setbacks. We are a 24 bed facility that values adventure and a connection with the outdoors. Our clients spend lots of time outside learning about nature and practicing new skills and hobbies outside.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a nutritionist who can travel between our two programs to offer nutritional advice and leadership to ensure our clients are receiving the best diet to support their program and a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

-Create nutritional meal plans for clients in a treatment center setting, including meals and snacks.

-Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and food choices

-Provide guidance on special diets conditions such as food allergies or dietary preferences.

-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes

-Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting meal plans as needed

Qualifications:

- Degree in Nutrition or related field

- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutritionist (CN) certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of human physiology and the role of nutrition in overall health

- Experience in health coaching and providing dietary recommendations preferred

Pay is based on experience
