Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our incredible team at Insuresoft. This role requires a unique blend of both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to execute various marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Branding and Messaging: This role requires a strategic and tactical mindset, as well as exceptional relationship-building skills. As a Marketing Director you will work hand-in hand with the COO, Group VP of Marketing and Sales Director to execute effective marketing strategies.
- Data Management: The ability to identify and target addressable markets. You are comfortable building effective campaigns and have a proficient understanding of HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator and Salesforce. You are metrics-driven and able to use data to showcase the success of marketing-generated opportunities and their conversion into closed deals.
- Market Engagement: The role requires close collaboration with the Sales team to build a robust pipeline of opportunities and accelerate pipeline conversion through solid nurture programs. Additionally, you will lead programs that amplify the voice of our customers through impactful campaigns and testimonials.
- Campaign Management: You will lead in organizing and managing our tradeshow efforts at two major industry conferences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, where your contributions will play a critical part in driving and fueling our growth, while being a valued member of the executive leadership team.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of digital and physical marketing content & materials in support of all activities.
You will be supported by a full-scale marketing agency and will be responsible for managing the agency operations, creating multi-tiered marketing campaigns, maintaining the website, building landing pages, generating prospect lists using data tools like ZoomInfo and presenting data driven performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years of proven experience executing and strategizing marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, with hands-on experience in creating multi-touch campaigns.
- Familiarity with insurance industry terms and concepts, such as Carriers, MGAs, and policy administration systems is not required but certainly a plus.
- Strong data analytics skills to measure marketing success of marketing initiatives and generate meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with Sales.
- Experience in tradeshow planning and conference management is required.
- Knowledge of AI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a keen eye for detail and ability to present relevant and meaningful insights.
