Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Digital Asset Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital design and branding. The Digital Asset Creator will be responsible for managing all digital collateral for our website, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Digital Assets for the Reaux Sport website, including graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content
• Collaborate with the marketing contractor and CMO to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives
• Work with web developer on web design, overall look, and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive engagement and conversions
• Ensure all Digital Assets are on-brand and consistent with brand guidelines
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and web development
• Work within tight budgets and relatively accelerated timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in digital design, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience creating Digital Assets for websites, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for fashion, sportswear, and women's empowerment
