Marketing Manager – Lorraine Gregory Communications
Lorraine Gregory Communications, a full-service, integrated marketing agency with three core business functions (creative agency, video studio, and print production), is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the brand across multiple business functions, including Social Media Management, Corporate Communications, Project Management, Ad Sales Marketing, and Event Marketing.
As an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team you will work directly with the Marketing Director to deliver against the marketing plan and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
• Content development:
o Collaborate with internal teams for content creation
o Source, create (text, image, video), and distribute relevant, timely content
o Facilitate posting to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
o Identify opportunities to grow social awareness
o Report on analytics (engagement, impressions, etc.)
o Develop optimization strategies
• Support SEO management
• Aide development of customized client proposals
• Enrich client experience/foster repeat business through seamless project management
• Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of client and company events
• Manage the overall marketing calendar
Requirements:
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Expertise with popular social media platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Work well collaboratively and independently
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to project manage and prioritize work
• A self-starter that has the desire to learn and grow
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
• Solid work ethic, great attitude, and an eye for design
Nice to have:
• Working skills in Adobe Suite, photography, photo/video editing, and WordPress
• Experience working with Constant Contact
