Want to join our team?

The position will support multiple business functions, with a focus on marketing and support for sales. We want your expertise in software, design, content writing, website updates and social media postings, but also the ability to think outside the box by proposing fresh ideas and improving our processes and strategies. 

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare SOQs, RFPs, and presentation materials including writing and editing of company information, proposal text, and graphics.
• Creating and editing the content of marketing materials including presentations, case studies, videos, and emails.
• Own the end-to-end process – project management, content development, and documentation production – for marketing collateral to win pursuits, specifically: RFP responses (proposals, qualifications packages) and client pitch presentations.
• Coordinate aspects of college recruiting and industry events including the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Provide management with budget proposals and ROI assessments for non-traditional marketing activity.
• Manage and advance internal and external marketing communications activities including publishing our quarterly newsletter, online marketing and social media content.
• Monitor marketing trends, attend industry events, and propose fresh ideas for sales, marketing, and client events.
• Help maintain internal databases including CRM.
• Coordinating client events such as golf tournaments, sporting events, and charitable fundraising.
• Keep the website current with updated case studies, project information/photos, etc.
• Knowledge of Google analytics and other web-based reporting tools.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of professional experience writing content, creating marketing collateral in Adobe InDesign, (or other proposed software) and coordinating multiple marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Experience managing and producing RFP response in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, CRM, and ACT.
• Strong writing/editing skills required.
• Team player with a personable demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant combination of experience, education, and training.

Salary & Compensation:

$50,000 - $95,000 per year
