A "Digital Marketing Engineer" who can leverage technology to help us with automation, marketing systems, A/B tests, processes, and operations. Must have a strong background, desire, and interest in leveraging technology tools and data for D2C marketing campaigns. Analytics, tracking, and running experiments are all in your wheelhouse.

Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the day-to-day marketing and business operations at Learn Robotics using technology tools to drive process efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, resourceful, organized, and easily grasps tech tools and systems to solve business problems.
What you'll do:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with Admissions, Learner Success, and Admin Operations
- Data Management: Generate meaningful reports using real-time data with accuracy & attention to detail, and provide support in maintaining and analyzing our data
- Systems & Tools Management: Support the day-to-day operations using software tools such as WordPress, Zapier, and GoHighLevel
- Creatives Development: Comfortable and experienced with photo and video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro and Photoshop or similar for marketing creatives (ads)
Bonus points if you have expertise or 1+ years of experience in TWO or more of the following areas:
- Copywriting: Experience developing brand positioning, angles, messaging, and written copy specifically to attract attention (bonus points if you have experience with internet marketing)
- Automated Processes: Aid in the development of automated sequences using Zapier and GoHighLevel Workflows.
- Lead Gen & Landing Page CRO: We're constantly testing and need a creative mind who understands marketing and technology to help us rapidly test new campaign angles to find winning (and losing) ideas and keep track of what's working and what isn't. You can explain why UTMs, pixels, and conversions are important for marketing initiatives.
- Facebook Ads: Comfortable and experienced managing $5k-$25k per month in ad spend with a history of achieving a consistant 3 ROAS or better. Online marketing for high ticket service businesses and experience with funnels preferred.
- SEO: Optimize blog articles for on-page SEO to improve organic rankings for keywords. Use tools like Ahref to determine blogging strategy to maximize organic reach and inbound leads. Use tools like Google Tag Manager to and Analytics to influence SEO and blogging strategies.
- Email Marketing: Creating sales-focused nurture sequences to help leads learn about the brand while positioning offers and services in a compelling way that increases authority and sales.
About you:
You’ll fit right into the Learn Robotics team if you are/have:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, copywriting, video editing, Facebook/Google Ads, A/B testing, or similar (Bonus points if you've floated across all of these areas to complete full-cycle marketing campaigns)
- The mindset: "Great marketing is math."
- A logical, "GSD", approach that can quickly shift mindsets to support many aspects of the business (creative & tech systems)
- High attention to detail and the ability to nail the nuances and see the bigger picture
- Willingness to dive into problem areas to help come up with solutions
- Comfortable leveraging SaaS tools and automation to facilitate marketing and operational processes
- Can handle complex data and spreadsheets and leverage data to inform decisions
- Assist other staff as needed, coordinating & preparing documents for internal and external business meetings
- Willing to respond to time-sensitive mobile phone/email/slack requests on evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of experience using digital tools for online businesses (Zapier, GoHighLevel, Slack, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, WordPress, Unbounce, Mouseflow, Mailerlite, Google Tag Manager, and similar)
- Prior internet marketing, CRO, content creation, or social media marketing experience is a plus (especially if you have experience with marketing for a service or education business)
- Consistent 5+ years total work experience (please explain gaps on resume if necessary)
- "Roll up your sleeves" attitude: no task is too small!
- Experience with Remote Work Culture including tools like Slack, Google Suite, Zoom
- Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently, with somewhat of a “techie“ or “engineering” mentality
- Able to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional weekends/evenings for events (typically 1 per month)
- Available by Slack/text/phone after hours if needed
- Looking to grow into a full-time role (we'll start part-time just to make sure it's a fit)
- Bonus if you're located in Southwest Florida (Fort Myers)
Work will not include:
- Micromanagement
- Unnecessary, Time-wasting Meetings (we work asynchronously)
- Direct reports (unless promoted to Manager)
- Anything that you or anyone else thinks is a waste of time
