Primary Role:
The Marketing Coordinator provides ability to assist ongoing marketing campaigns, overall marketing team and direction, and execution to support the overall marketing and business strategy.
- Working knowledge and creation/build capabilities of SharePoint for homepage and ancillary pages
- Support our marketing managers through project management internal and external marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Conferences (sign up/register, communicate w/ vendor(s), order and pack marketing materials, communicate w/ internal stakeholders (BD and marketing), capture insights from BD team, etc.)
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns
- Ad-hoc marketing projects
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Building skeleton decks and marketing materials
- Work with Adobe Creative Cloud software and Canva to create and edit marketing material such as One Sheeters, videos, brochures, etc.
- Marketing operations - ensure marketing processes in place are managed and optimized
- Managing critical deadlines and coordinating shipments and orders for conference attendance with vendors and internal teams.
- Assistance in developing and maintaining marketing campaign reports, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- Ensuring effective communication across teams, contributing to the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, and addressing any arising issues.
- Assisting with project management tasks to meet objectives and supporting the execution of key projects.
- Documenting meeting notes, distributing minutes, and tracking actionable items.
- Overseeing vendor contract administration, from drafting to record-keeping and monitoring contract statuses

Experience and Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Office 365
- SharePoint
- Plus: Salesforce
- Plus: Wordpress
- Plus: Adobe Creative Cloud
- Plus: Canva
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
