Are you a recent Marketing graduate with a passion for writing, social media and helping to foster a dynamic remote work culture? Digital Media Solutions has an urgent and immediate need for a motivated individual to join their world-class marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. The entry-level Marketing Coordinator role will be primarily responsible for support across various marketing and sales support tasks, especially including copywriting, social writing and editing for a B2B audience. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing, but will actively work with all members of the marketing team.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist with researching, drafting and editing social posts for DMS owned-and-operated properties and DMS brand social, across social media platforms
• Copywriting for DMS sales materials and B2B email campaigns
• Assist with writing and editing blog posts for DMS owned-and-operated properties, DMS Insights and other writing, as needed
• Assist with event planning and execution, including conferences/trade shows and virtual events
• Assist with creating internal-focused content to engage a fully-remote workforce
• Participate in the execution of activities related to the development of the DMS sales repository
• Hubspot email campaign and data management
• Regular team reporting
• Reviewing digital materials for accuracy and brand consistency
• Research related to industry data and competitive messaging
• Collection and effective organization of DMS data points
• Provide miscellaneous support to the DMS corporate marketing team to facilitate the creation of sales materials

Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be a strong proofreader
• Ability to work autonomously
• Must be motivated and enthusiastic
• Creative thinker
• Organized with an eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong research skills
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms strongly preferred
• Familiarity with social/email software platforms a plus (Hubspot, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
