Simon & Schuster is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Children’s Education & Library Marketing department.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee submission of all Children’s awards including national and state award lists
• Assist VP of Education & Library Marketing with ALA award submissions
• Handle author award notification & travel
• Coordinate annual awards questionnaire
• Manage award database and update state award map
• Execute key influencer mailings
• Work closely with the children’s marketing and sales team to promote our state and national award winners and market our books to key award committees.
• Provide administrative and project support for VP, Director of Education & Library Marketing

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
