Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator develops, coordinates, and executes Marketing campaigns. They play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement within the logistics sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing and Sales in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
- Vendor management and PO entry relative to promo items purchased by marketing.
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
- Developing and maintaining sales and marketing collateral, graphic design, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
- Data and Document Control of all marketing collateral
- Developing standardized presentations, sales scripts and templates supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials.
- Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for Keller events. This also includes managing promotional materials and post-event follow up to maximize ROI.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests.
- Market Research – Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the 3PL industry. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and refine target audience segmentation.
- Use of project management system for documenting and tracking activities
- Attending tradeshows, seminars, conferences, company sponsored promotions and events.
- Working with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials.
- Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications, ensuring alignment with company messaging and values.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all the business units including sales, operations, and customer service to gather feedback, align marketing efforts with business objectives, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
- Effective project management skills
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing
- Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience
- Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals
- Plan decisions and practice good judgment
- Build excellent working relationship to attain goals
- Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member
- Be self-motivated, confident, creative, and take pride in your work
