Marketing Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing home care company in our Marketing Coordinator role. Looking for a flexible role traveling throughout the Waukesha county area 20-25 hours a week? Make your own hours with no nights/weekends as you spread awareness of our services. We offer a compensation package that includes a competitive hourly rate, revenue sharing, paid mileage, and cell allowance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase home care client base.

- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, Veterans Affairs, rehab centers, assisted living, etc.

- Collaborate with office team to ensure consistent messaging and excellent customer service with referral sources and clients.

- Conduct sales calls, luncheons, information seminars, etc. to increase referral and client base.

- Handles budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing campaigns

- Organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences

-Presents sales updates and activities to owner on regular basis.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in marketing, sales, or a related field

- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales preferred

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
