Overview:

712 Creative is seeking a highly motivated Client Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional client service, excels in administrative tasks, and would enjoy working with small business owners. The Client Coordinator position blends reception duties with sales support, executive assistance, and account management to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.

This position will start as part-time and grow to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Administrative Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome, answer their questions, and ensure a positive visit.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendar, and coordinate meetings for the founder.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and efficient office environment.
  • Execute sales and hospitality process during first time client experience, follow up, and close.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the founder with sales and marketing tasks, including preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to both existing and potential clients, nurturing relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Attend grassroots and marketing events as needed
  • Manage the agency’s social media

Account Management:

  • Assist with account management tasks, including maintaining and updating customer records and contact information.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills - proper spelling and grammar are a must
  • A foundation in sales preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in account management and adept at maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in CRM and other marketing software preferred but happy to train
  • Self managing and flexible
  • Upbeat personality with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Must be organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Customer Service and telephone skills
  • Proficient in Google applications
  • Excitement to be part of a growing team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
