As a Marketing Coordinator at Parallax, you will play a pivotal role in executing and supporting various aspects of our marketing strategies. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely on various marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop their skills in paid media, organic content, email marketing, event coordination, and performance reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with team members for the creation of and setup of assets (graphics, landing pages, copy, etc.)
- Support the Marketing Manager in requests from paid media partners
- Support and assist in the creation and distribution of organic content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), and our website, including assisting with social video creation and caption writing.
- Engage in content planning and collaborate with the content team to produce relevant material
- Track content performance and engage with Parallax’s audience in respective social channels
- Implement and manage email marketing initiatives using HubSpot, including segmenting audiences, designing and executing marketing sequences, and automation setup
- Facilitate the organization and management of both digital and physical marketing events, including coordinating with vendors, handling invitations and logistics, and supporting post-event analysis and reporting
- Support as needed for website updates, landing page creation, etc.
- Compile and monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations for paid media, organic content, email marketing, and event performance. Collaborate with the Content and Marketing Managers to analyze data and identify trends and insights.
SKILLS + TECHNOLOGY
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including Hubspot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Paid Media platforms, and Business Intelligence tools
- You love keeping things organized in project management systems and ensuring team members have what they need to move projects forward
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment and is a self-proclaimed self-starter
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
