The Role:
A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the marketing team with various tasks to support and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will be marketing centric with a graphics background.
- Campaign Support: Assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Creating or coordinating the creation of marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Market Research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing data and performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Digital Marketing: Assisting with online marketing efforts, including email marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Sales Support: Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Collaboration: Working with other members of the marketing team to execute various projects.
- Budget Management: Assisting in monitoring the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on marketing campaign results and presenting findings to the team.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling various administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
Qualifications:
- Marketing/advertising experience with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, including but not limited to branding, digital and print advertising, search engine marketing, email marketing, website design and social media marketing.
- Experience working with marketing technology including, but not limited to, CRM, marketing automation, lead generation, content management and marketing resource management applications.
- 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design and proficient with Adobe software.
- 3-5 years’ experience with social reporting platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Or equivalent relevant experience in marketing, business, or related field.
- Innovative & creative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action-oriented plans and developing/implementing new processes.
- Ability to be highly strategic and distill data into meaningful recommendations and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills. Expertise in determining KPIs and in managing programs to achieve expansion of key metrics.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, with strong multi-tasking skills to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and demands.
- Self-starter, who conveys a sense of urgency, drives issues to closure and knows how to execute and influence

Conditions:
- Full-time position. Generally, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
- Inside average office environment with average noise levels
- Demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Low physical effort-average lift less than 10lbs. and maximum unassisted lift up to 35lbs.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, up to whole shift.
