Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE: EPRT) is a publicly traded, net-lease Real Estate Investment Trust located in Princeton, NJ that primarily invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate assets across a wide variety of industries within the service, retail, and industrial sectors throughout the United States. As of September 30, 2023, we have invested $4B and operate a portfolio of over 1,700 properties across the nation.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this candidate will be an integral member of the Investments Team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to engage with external audiences through multiple channels to source new transaction opportunities. This includes trade shows, email marketing, customer relationship management, social media and website properties, and other marketing strategies. The employee will be expected to have meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and outstanding interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a multichannel digital marketing strategy that includes social media, email, search engine marketing, paid social, and marketing automation
• Promote business development from new and existing clients by providing internal and external support
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize various client-facing events/conferences and meetings to source investment opportunities
• Demonstrate general knowledge of websites, including the ability to troubleshoot and enhance the user experience
• Work with internal teams to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns
• Support the Investments Team by completing various administrative tasks and projects as needed
• Assist with research and implementation of CRM system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Proven work experience with CRM systems
• Experience with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing communication and measurement
• Experience collecting and organizing data for systems and marketing activities (e.g., CRM, promotions, email marketing, social engagement, and pipeline)
• Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, client-focused and driven team player with the ability to solve problems
• Candidate must be a citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the United States
• Some travel is required on an as-needed basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
