Choice Home Warranty is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator with a “can do” attitude. This position is based out of our Edison, NJ office, no telecommuting option available.
Title: Marketing Coordinator with content creation experience
Location: Edison, NJ- Onsite Position
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily and monthly sales reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests of sales team activity.
- Interface with outside sales team to fulfill marketing or administrative requests.
- Write content to post on website blog and distribute through newsletters.
- Create marketing materials such as emails, social media posts, and flyers.
- Manage certain administrative tasks, such as uploading contact files to CRM.
- Execute marketing requests from sales team, such as helping with automated CRM functions.
- Report on sales team activities within CRM.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
- Excel experience is a MUST – pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, macros.
- Creative design experience in Photoshop, Canva, or otherwise is a plus.
- Ability to think on your feet and multi-task.
- Math and analytical skills are required- you will be working with large data sets to help identify business opportunities.
- Applicants must have great communication skills- you will be interacting with a large remote sales team, as well as the team here.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in USA.
