NJR is seeking a Workload Coordinator Intern to assist the Workload department with developing and enhancing reports. Provide administrative support as required.

What you will do:
Bring your enthusiasm and drive and you’ll learn from some of the top talent in the energy industry. You’ll have hands-on experience with your team and the support of our human resources team through this 10-week program. Growing both professionally and personally throughout the program could lead to future post-grad opportunities.
- Develop and enhance reporting in Excel
- Prepare new plumbing proposals
- Assist with preparing HVAC and Plumbing Permit packets
- File completed installation proposals and service reports
We’re looking for self-starters who are motivated to learn, grow and take on new challenges. Individuals who are flexible, dependable, work well in varying environments and want to make an impact in your community and your company are welcomed here.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
- Proficiency in creating Excel Spreadsheets
- Experience with writing queries a plus
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August)
- Ability to work onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
