About this role:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with several marketing initiatives including reputation management and social media.

This is a full-time, temporary, remote position

Pay Range:

Hourly pay range of $30.00 to $35.00 depending on experience.

What you’ll do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Customer Experience Management:

• Monitor and promptly respond to customer experience emails from residents.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to address resident inquiries and concerns effectively.

Online Reputation Management:

• Monitor property reviews and actively coordinate with on-site teams to respond promptly.
• Implement strategies to enhance online reputation and positive customer feedback.

Marketing Set-Up for Onboarding Communities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing plans for new communities during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless marketing transition for new properties.

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop marketing deliverables, including floor plans and virtual staging.
• Update marketing materials, such as websites, with new photos, 3D tours, videos, etc.

Website and Specials Management:

• Update marketing specials on websites and Internet Listing Services (ILS).
• Ensure websites are regularly updated with the latest property information, promotions, and visuals.

Internal Communication:

• Share company, employee, and property news on the intranet.
• Facilitate internal communication channels to keep teams informed and engaged.

Mapping and Maintenance Oversight:

• Update corporate websites to reflect current managed properties.
• Manage maintenance orders and ensure timely billing processes.

Public Relations Collaboration:

• Engage with PR consultants to disseminate company and property news effectively.
• Coordinate PR initiatives to promote positive brand image and community relations.

Corporate Website Management:

• Update corporate websites with relevant news articles and announcements.
• Ensure the online presence accurately reflects the company's values and offerings.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably in multifamily or property management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing software, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
