Malouf Companies, a premium sleep and home lifestyle company with omnichannel distribution, is looking for a marketing rockstar to support rapid brand and sales growth through our channels. This role will require a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills to support content initiatives across multiple channels to drive sales and hit business targets. As the Marketing Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating proactive initiatives and leveraging excellent communication skills to drive sales and exceed business targets along with your team of content specialists. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage content team personnel to help prioritize projects, set strategy across channels, and support key business objectives
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to develop a sales and product strategy for online channels through collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, target market segments, and buyers to support compelling listings that set our brands and products apart from competitors.
  • Manage, assess, upload, and enhance brand content to key eCommerce platforms to contribute to team objectives.
  • Demonstrate an eye for trends and employ commercial awareness to effectively present our products for an intuitive and enjoyable online shopping experience.
  • Coordinate the integration of new products and updates across specified eCommerce channels.
  • Utilize sales data analysis to formulate marketing recommendations and strategies based on product performance.
  • Review, refresh, and optimize written content using various content management systems.
  • Research individual channels and explore new methods to enhance on-page content through SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing and receiving feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and monitor content activities on competitor websites, offering research-based suggestions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to multiple teams on product imagery, copy, listing graphics, videos, and other enhanced content.
  • Conduct regular, structured audits of product listings for your assigned channels as well as with your team to ensure content accuracy and identify opportunities for improving our marketing materials and merchandising techniques across channels.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Support advertising initiatives across channels by delivering high-quality, impactful creative materials and comprehensive reporting.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 2 years experience working with e-commerce channels or other related experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of managerial experience and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects, with tangible results that showcase your leadership capabilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, creative, highly organized, and a great communicator.
  • Experience with the Amazon Marketplace is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

This job is full-time, M-F; hybrid work is an option. Part-time or student schedules are not available.
