AvantLink, an industry-leading affiliate marketing platform/network, is seeking a proactive, motivated, and creative professional to join the marketing team as a Content Manager. In this position, you will work with the Director of Marketing to keep AvantLink current and engaging with current and potential network partners.
You will be tasked with uploading and maintaining a multitude of content across online platforms and properties, including outbound communications (email, BLOG, and social media). This content will expand AvantLink’s digital footprint, increase brand awareness & expertise, and strengthen our global presence. Your ability to showcase your creativity and manage multiple projects will be essential to your success in this position.
A successful individual in this position will exemplify AvantLink's core values, and you must have a thirst for learning affiliate marketing and the technology surrounding it. And finally, the ability to clearly articulate what you learn in an engaging fashion.
Additional Essential Functions:
- Create, edit, and review online content for blog & social media
- Deliver engaging content regularly and inspire team members
- Create and send marketing emails (email building/sending)
- Complete multiple projects accurately and on time
- Think strategically about AvantLink’s website and email systems and recommend improvements
- Gain complete knowledge of all systems and serve as a resource for others
- Manage independent projects
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities Requirements:
- 2 years of experience writing technical marketing content
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with team members
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and WordPress
- Familiar with Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and various CMS platforms
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred

This role will be hybrid in nature, but full remote could be considered for the right candidate. We are an independent, privately owned company.
