This marketing mission will be to create high-impact compelling Content and deliver experiences that resonate with Amplifi's target audiences-moving them from the consideration stage to leads, leads to customers, and customers to ambassadors. The Sr. Content and Events Marketing Manager will spend the majority of their time strategizing and executing content strategy with 15% of their time executing event initiatives specific to Amplifi. This is a hybrid role based out of Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a Sr. Content and Events Marketing Manager?
  • Ideating and creating customer-centric content including email, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Create event strategies for converting target accounts and experiences at select events
  • Create social content marketing campaigns and projects to build thought leadership for Pattern and accelerate qualified content leads
  • Develop a multimedia content strategy: written, physical, image, webinars/events, and video
  • Execute world-class multi-channel content campaigns through organic and paid channels
  • Develop segment-specific content marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead creation, and appointments from targeted accounts.
  • Measure, test, and optimize content marketing campaigns using hypothesis-driven marketing techniques
  • Take ownership of writing, editing, and optimizing content
  • Work closely with enterprise sales reps and cross-team partners on content for field and content strategies

What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • 4+ years of content marketing experience for SaaS across a variety of channels
  • Ability to leverage marketing analytics tools to generate real-time reports and dashboards that track organic and paid content.
  • Knowledgeable in email-marketing strategies and execution for outbound and inbound campaigns
  • Experienced social media writer with knowledge of best practices to promote blog content, build followers, and increase engagement on: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Experienced with content creation including case studies, ebooks, campaigns, webinars, and Events.
  • Ability to plan a global content calendar
  • Experience with lead nurturing and distribution of content
  • ABM / Vertical experience preferred but not required
  • Degree in English, general business, writing, or communications

  • You overperform and surpass monthly content marketing KPIs and goals driving engaged target accounts
  • You have expertise in ideating and writing blogs and multimedia content journeys that help prospects accelerate trust in the Pattern brand and sales process
  • You build thought leadership and lead generation through writing strategy, blog execution, and distribution

What is the team like?
  • You will work with the other members of the Pattern Marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing for Amplifi.io. The team works alongside Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Category Marketing, Content Marketing, and Partner Marketing. In the office you will sit next to and work daily with your immediate team and peers. The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
