This role will be responsible for content development and project management of digital strategy projects. Website management, including UX updates and maintenance experience. Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, market intelligence platforms, and digital layout and design desired.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide a variety of marketing and branding strategy options in order to create and maintain a clear, defined marketing approach to management to support the needs of our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates unique, strategic marketing collateral to meet the needs of a variety of clients.
- Responsible for design and marketing support for strategic marketing plans, working with in-house and outside resources to create high-impact materials programs to acquire and retain Sedgwick Pooling customers across all lines of business.
- Responsible for creating and developing content developed for Sedgwick services and/or Pooling clients.
- Leads strategic marketing campaigns with a variety of digital promotions, which may include branding, email blasts/newsletters, webinars, flyers, promotions, marketing campaigns, and website optimization.
- Strategizes with management to analyze effective marketing campaigns through the use of data analytics with the ability to pivot toward optimization for further engagement.
- Edits and proofreads marketing collateral.
- Conducts research, analysis, logistics, and overall coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and ancillary services such as alternative risk to support national marketing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
Experience
Six (6) years of experience in marketing or corporate communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communications, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Familiar with Web Content Management similar to WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace
- Demonstrated skills in marketing, digital marketing, writing, editing, digital analytics, strategy, and website development
- Competitive intelligence focus; familiarity with logistics software and digital analytics
- Layout and design skills; knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva
- Attention to details, deadlines, and budget restraints
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $50,610 to $75,000 USD annual salary. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
