Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager
Position Overview: Position Overview: A leading moving and Relocation Company is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead the company's marketing efforts and enhance their brand visibility in the moving and relocation industry both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and communications, with a focus on RFPs, written proposals, slide decks, creating compelling content through LinkedIn posts, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement to win new business.
This position has no direct reports and would be responsible for the entire company's marketing to enhance their brand.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice and values.
- Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including website, social media (mainly LinkedIn posts), email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for content development.
- Responding to RFPs by crafting persuasive written proposals and creating impactful slide decks, etc.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation and market developments.
- Implement and enforce brand guidelines across all communication channels.
Experience Emphasis:
- Proven track record in responding to RFPs, crafting persuasive proposals, and creating impactful slide decks for potential corporate and NGO (Non Government Official) clients.
- Expertise in creative LinkedIn post creation to enhance online presence.
Qualifications:
- **Must have Moving + Logistics, or Relocation experience.**
- Proven experience in Marketing Communications, with emphasis on RFPs, proposals, slide decks, and LinkedIn posts.
- Proven experience in Marketing Communications, with a focus on content creation and brand management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
