Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Woodlands Senior Living Marketing team is growing! As a member of the marketing team, you will focus on producing creative and innovative marketing solutions to increase brand awareness and tell the organization’s story of impact across the State of Maine. In addition to the understanding and appreciation of general marketing principles, you are a detail-oriented imagineer capable of juggling multiple tasks with an unmatched ability to communicate and represent the organization in an engaging, positive manner. Previous marketing experience is preferred; however, new graduates may find this a perfect fit to improve their skill set under the direction of a talented Director of Development.

This is not a remote position. The physical location of the office is currently located in Waterville on the West River Road; however, we are relocating to a brand-new state-of-the-art office building on the Leighton Road in Augusta in February 2024!

What you will do as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator:

• Design and execute internal and external communication and evaluation strategies. Collect and track analytics related to these strategies.
• Create, edit, and distribute collateral across web, print and digital communication platforms.
• Coordinate events with the ability to represent company and capture event highlights by photo and/or video for future collateral use.
• Maintain positive vendor and media relations to negotiate contracts and disseminate communications and advertisements.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
• Proficiency utilizing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Contant Contact & World Press.
• A current valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company is required.
• Must complete a criminal history record check to the satisfaction of the company.
