How you'll make an impact:

This position plays a critical role in the success of marketing activities.  This role is tasked with building campaigns based on clearly defined specifications, verifying accuracy, reviewing peer campaigns, and pushing campaign lists to the proper channel teams.  As part of this dynamic and collaborative team, you will be instrumental in identifying areas of improvement and helping define and implement the solution(s).     

What you'll do:

  • Support and coordinate marketing campaign automation and associated tasks such as implementing, testing, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure design and functional specs meet business requirements.
  • Test marketing automation including email systems, CRM system, data warehousing applications, data feeds and 3rd party software integration in multiple environments.
  • Document software defects, using JIRA bug tracking system, and report defects to supervisors.
  • Proactively identify new initiatives and/or improvements to current programs that gain operational efficiencies based on data analysis.
  • Build, monitor, and maintain marketing campaigns in marketing database including email, direct mail, and IVR channels to ensure efficient and problem-free operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM application (Salesforce/Teradata) functions and database objects
  • Strong understanding of OBIEE application functions and tools
  • All other projects and duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years database and/or marketing database experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Individual contributor
  • Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences as well have the ability understand issues from a Marketing and customer experience perspective.
  • Strong process orientation and expertise in documentation.
  • Excellent technical analysis, planning and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of user acceptance testing
  • Ability to independently analyze data, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies and recommend a course of corrective action
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
