Job Description
We are in need of a highly self-motivated and goal driven individual to join our Marketing team and lead our Call Center. As our Call Center Manager/supervisor, you would be responsible working with our appointment setters and ensuring design consultants have two leads a day. We need someone to help lead our talented group of callers and help us grow the phone room and the company. If you have great communications skills along with ability to teach and lead, then we want to talk with you!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supervise and manage day to day operations Call Center.
- Evaluate and train staff.
- Recruit new appointment setters.
- Confirmation Calls and set appointments as needed.
- Assist our Marketing Coordinator with daily goals.
Job Type: Full-time/In office
Pay: Salary plus commission/bonus
