We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team at REGENT. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual with a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in executing various marketing initiatives, including administrative tasks, creative design, event coordination, and internal operations support.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Work to include, but not limited to:
Swag Inventory Management:
- Maintain and organize the company's swag inventory.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors for efficient procurement.
- Allocate swag items for new hires, VIP visits, staff events, and trade shows.
VIP Visit Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for onsite VIP visits, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize schedules, accommodations, and activities.
Trade Show Support:
- Manage the logistics of trade show participation, including deadlines for sponsor materials, travel and shipping arrangements, and coordination of marketing kits.
- Keep track of inventory for marketing kits and promotional materials.
Visual Design and Branding:
- Design and maintain a library of visual templates using tools like Canva.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and collateral.
Metrics Reporting:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on key metrics for various communication channels.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Media Monitoring and Reporting:
- Research and identify relevant media outlets for potential coverage.
- Summarize media coverage and create monthly reports to track brand visibility.
Social Media Contribution:
- Contribute to social media efforts by crafting engaging copy and tailoring content for specific channels.
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain an active and cohesive online presence.
Internal Operations Support:
- Coordinate the production and distribution of business cards for employees.
- Design digital bulletin boards and create posters or advertisements for internal staff events.
- Ensure internal branding and messaging align with company values and culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- 1+ years relevant work experience
