Director Of Admissions And Marketing

Seeking an experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing to develop census and quality mix, manage the admissions process for prospective and incoming residents while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Pawtucket, RI

**Minimum $85,000 plus bonuses, will increase with experience **

Qualifications

• Must have active Rhode Island RN license

• MUST have MDS/RAI experience

• Must have experience with Point Click Care/EMR

• Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations as they relate to long term care nursing reimbursement

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing

Must have the ability to complete accurate and timely assessments

Knowledge of ICD 10 Coding preferred

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Verification of insurances and Managed Care contracts

• Contact area hospitals, community agencies and groups to promote and maintain good working relationships

• Execute marketing plan for continued census growth and the development of clinical programs

• Ensure proper completion, signing and distribution of Admission packets

• Touring the facility

• Responding to referrals in a timely manner

• Greets family and customer on day of admission

• Ensure room readiness

• Continually develop and maintain referral base

• Maintain and report daily census

• Assist to initiate and maintain contacts with Physicians, Social Workers and Discharge Planners
