Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in the creation and development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media posts.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to help inform marketing decisions.
• Assist with the coordination of marketing events such as trade shows, product launches, and sponsorships.
• Manage the company's social media channels by creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Monitor and report on marketing analytics such as website traffic, email open rates, and conversion rates.
• Help maintain the marketing database by updating customer and prospect information.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Support the development of email marketing campaigns by designing and executing email templates, tracking performance metrics, and managing subscriber lists.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Prior experience in a marketing-related role, such as an internship or entry-level position
• Knowledge of marketing principles and tactics
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
