Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line VOIP phone system
- Work together in a team environment, to complete projects
- Proven skills in professionally mangaing all social media platforms
- Demonstrated strong skills and experience with IT
- MS Office expert, especially Excel, Google Worspace and more
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and US Mail responsibilites
- Manage office supplies inventory and place requisition orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing and scheduling company events or meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Expertise with professional social media managment
- Demonstrates Exceptional organizational skills
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Prior phone customer service or professional sales experience
- Highly proficient in using office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Remains professsional and friendly under stress
- Organizational mindset with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
