Purpose
This role will provide administrative assistance to the Customer Engagement Coordinator and support business development across the company. Additionally, candidate will develop relationships with the marketing, training and inventory departments; store managers; vendors; and rep agencies, to help the team achieve engagement goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative support to the Customer Engagement Coordinator
- Collate reports on merchandising, promotion, and event results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors to facilitate day-to-day tasks
- Communicate regularly with managers to monitor action plans
- Order merchandising and event materials
Qualifications:
Personal Profile
- Experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel: candidate should be comfortable using basic formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables and applying attractive formatting
- Analytical mind-set
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
