- Assist in updating business information on our website, Google My Business, and other applicable sites.
- Update and produce marketing materials and collateral.
- Maintain and manage our company promo/swag store/resources.
- Coordinate and order business cards for company employees.
- Create and schedule social media posts using established templates and procedures.
- Update and maintain Rental Listings on Social Media platforms.
- Coordinate responses to marketing queries, including on review sites and social media.
- Assist in writing targeted content for website and blogs.
- Create and distribute external marketing reports and newsletters.
- Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events.
- Track and monitor marketing trends and compelling marketing campaigns.
- Assist members of the marketing and sales teams with CRM updates, as needed.
- Maintain and update applicable spreadsheets and databases as instructed.
- Assist with tracking and billing marketing project hours.
- Utilize software applications such as Office 365, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Zoho, Appfolio, and RazorSync.
- Assist marketing and sales teams with special projects and additional duties, as requested.
