In this full-time, Assistant Buyer role you will be updating PO's, ordering non-inventory items, assisting supplier set up, shipment tracking, and communication with suppliers.
Assistant Buyer Job Duties:
- Responsible for supplier order placement and delivery follow up
- Release purchase orders, expedite as necessary,
- Provide quotes and pricing, prepare and edit purchase requisitions
- Act as a liaison between supplier and internal customers
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $21.50-$28.25
Assistant Buyer Job Requirements:
- 1 year+ of experience in procurement/buying
- Strong computer skills- experience with MS Office and inventory systems
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- HS Diploma or GED
