Position: Marketing Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while supporting the overall goals of the marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Qualifications:
- High-School Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
